at niti ai i joined with the founding team and am still the only full-time engineer. spent the first couple years on the core platform and sdks; now mostly ads analytics, creative scoring, and keeping production systems stable. the part i care about is the boring middle: the data pipelines, the system design, and the product plumbing that holds together when real users touch it.
